Chaim Ivry, Founder/CEO, has been active in Homeland Security consulting since 2004 and was responsible for the first centralized training of the NYC Municipal Hospital System Emergency Management and Preparedness for Mass Casualty Incidents. ICEP has since trained other leading U.S. hospitals, from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, plus hundreds of First Responders, Offices of Emergency Management and Departments of Health.

Previously the Founder/CEO of Next Wave Software, a proprietary ERP software developer and an IBM national VAR, NW had powered the supply chain systems of U.S. manufacturers and importers before expanding to IT infrastructure and network security consulting. Fortune 500 clients included IBM Global Services, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, AT&T, Verizon and Lucent Technologies.

A former IDF reconnaissance and intelligence officer, Chaim is a two-war IDF combat veteran, a former ISA counterterrorism operative and a top-honors graduate of the Intelligence Officers Academy. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science (Cum Laude), attended the NYU MBA program, is an avid distance runner and a former marathoner.
